Discovered in 2005, Thien Duong Cave (Paradise Cave) is a remarkable natural stalactite cave in Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park.
This is the longest and driest cave in the Vietnamese cave system with a length of up to 31 km, 150m in width, 72m in height, and 200m above sea level.

Dark Cave

PARADISE CAVE AND DARK CAVE TOUR FULL-DAY
Morning Schedule
The Dong Hoi to Paradise cave distance is approximately 70 kilometers. So an ideal time to start is from 8:00 a.m.
All you have to do is inform us of your accommodation in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha, and our friendly driver with a professional tour guide will be present in advance to pick you up and depart the journey to Paradise Cave first.
After reaching Paradise Cave( About one hour transfer ), you need to pass through 500 stone steps and a very small entrance gate just big enough for one person to get through. However, your effort will be worthwhile once inside Paradise Cave.
Every stalactite block, with various shimmering shapes and colors, makes you feel like you’re in real heaven. This is why the place has many nicknames such as “the paradise on earth” or “the underground palace.”
Furthermore, many stalactite blocks resemble famous landmarks and cultural symbols such as terraced rice fields, Champa towers, Buddha Guanyin, Phuc Loc Tho, and the Rong House of the Vietnamese Highlands. Our local tour guide will show you these remarkable formations when you get there.
Afternoon Schedule
After exploring all of the corners of the Paradise Cave. at 11:30 a.m., our private car will drive you to the local restaurant, where you can savor all of the local specialties cooked by the locals.
After enjoying lunch, we will take a short break to prepare for the next promised journey.
From 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Our private will take you to the Phong Nha Dark Cave where you can explore and participate in many interesting activities on the Chay River.
This Dark cave is a branch of the Phong Nha cave system with a length that stretches 5,528m, 20m in depth, and 80m in height. Especially, different from Paradise Cave, this cave doesn’t have any light artificial system so that you can immerse in the primitive beauty of this place.
